Grief and Loss

Grief and loss are non-linear processes. Sometimes we might feel overcome with emotion and other times we might feel nothing at all. There could be confusion, anger, acceptance, sadness, fear, relief, and so many other emotions overlapping which makes it impossible to understand. It can feel impossible to move on from what you’ve lost, but a compassionate, safe space to process goes a long way. Our therapists are here to walk alongside you as you move through how grief shows up for you.

If you’ve experienced a loss in your life, know that you are not alone and the grieving process is normal and will get easier with time.

It is not about going back to how things were, but finding a way to figure out how things will be. There is nothing to fix, but perhaps much to accept.
