Absolutely not! Sometimes there’s a tug in your gut that doesn’t feel right and you haven’t put it to words yet. Whether you know exactly what you need or you’re still figuring it out, therapy can be a wonderful opportunity for personal exploration, growth, and healing.

Every session is different, but our priority is to meet you where you are at. Healing happens when you feel safest. Sometimes coming prepared with a couple topics/events can be helpful, but is not required.

As long as your insurance company will cover a CCC certified counsellor and most Canadian insurance companies do. Please check with your insurer if you require clarification.
